Plucka Duck, Plucka Duck…
He's not a chicken or a cow…
Plucka Duck, that's him right now!
Heh. That guy was nuts. Good old days.
These are good. I have them every week.
I know they already cooked but how do you bring out the flavour? Reheat in oven/air fried, pan fried? I preferred the Asian/Peiking duck 5 spices flavour, but I guess this is more for Western palate.
I stick them in a covered baking dish, 160 degrees Celsius, bake for 35-40 mins then uncover for 10-15 mins to get a golden skin. The duck melts in your mouth.
The quickest (and for me tastiest) way is no longer listed on the pack: under the grill in my oven.
8 minutes "pretty" side up, 4 minutes underside up, another 2-3 minutes nice side up.
Gets them heated all the way through, and nice and crispy skin in just 15 minutes all up. :-)
Air fryer 200c for 15 mins
Hrm, would that burn them? I've cook pork chops for about 180c for 10-15mins and they would go brown.
@timhn: Nope, won’t burn them. I buy about 40 of these when they go on sale and cook the exact same way.
microwave to heat.
air fry to crisp.
Go well on pizza with honey bbq sauce and whatever extras you feel like. Onion, garlic, pineapple…. 🤪
Oooooofffttt that sounds delicious! Until pineapple. Haha
Did not like these at all
Better than the orange duck version they have.
Very! Not sure where they get their oranges for the sauce - but it aint workin'.
And their Peking Duck packs are mid too.
