Might be good for the new Destiny mobile game!

    • are these better than backbones?

Although basically the same product, the one in the video is the XL, so it can work with large devices (like tablets).

Concept is the same, but worth mentioning that the one linked is not suitable for tablets.

It gets a lot of hate, but I've used a Kishi v1 (iOS) and this model as well. It's very comfortable to hold, and ergonomic enough for a cheapish device. Buttons and joysticks haven't missed a beat. Some button feedback may feel a bit spongy, but nothing off-putting for casual gaming. I've used a Backbone as well, and prefer the Kishi by leaps and bounds. There are other, cheaper brands with similar offerings - haven't tried those. Overall happy with the Kishi, and contemplating getting the Kishi ultra the next time it goes down in price

  • I got the V1 for my oldest a while back, got zero usage. I think it was just a case of cant be arsed setting it up

  • I got one from an earlier deal for about $70 and I have to say, given the use case I love it. I use Steam Link to stream to my spare android phones around the house, and the Kishi V2(USBC) has been a winner in that department. No pairing, no configuration, just physically connected and it works. It won't fit my tablet though, as it's only designed for smartphone sizes, but that wasn't a dealbreaker. Razer Nexus is what you'll need to customize the controller, and it hasn't been an insult to keep on my phone.

Buttons are nice and mouse-clicky, and the layout is nice. I'd consider it for my Nephew too 👍

  • Just reading a few reviews and one says this only fits certain iPhones. No info on Amazon or manufacturers website with what phones are supported.

It's USB-C interface so not compatible with Lightning port iPhones.

  • Correct but I think he was trying with a Xiaomi phone and that didn't work either. Bottom line is they should have a list of supported phones.

Showing $99 for me? Late to the party?

  • I wonder if this works with iPad mini. Would be so fun if so.

  • Why not get the gamersir x5 lite for $20?
