I'm planning to pick up an M18 drill/driver combo kit with ONE-KEY soon (M18ONEPP2A3502C is the code for the pack I'm looking at). But I know that various stores do redemption offers and sales- just not sure how common they are.
Any wisdom from those who watch these more closely on whether I've got much chance of getting a good deal if I wait for a few weeks?

Cheers, I have heard really good things about the m12, and have a few other m12 tools already.
But I do work on hardwood decking and hardwood frames occasionally, plus drilling into bessa blocks every now and then. From what I've gathered, that would stretch the m12….
If you only want a M18 drill/impact buying from market place is going to be cheaper. Prob $250ea + $100 battery + $50 charger if you really need.
If you dont mind selling on marketplace buy larger kit on cashback store days which the kit also has a milwaukee redemption, then sell what you dont need (usually drill/driver/5ah)
As for when milwaukee redemption change every 3 months, cashback days june, usual retail sale days and then stores run trade days different eachstore.
Black friday isnt too far away
Personally I dont see benefits to onekey, have plenty but never use the features
Complete side note, I picked up an M12 FUEL Installation Drill/Driver Kit (M12FDDXKIT202B) a couple of weeks ago, and honestly, if you aren't going to be drilling through hardwood or you really need the ugga duggas, it has a pretty decent amount of power behind it (compared to my 2014 M18 Drill/Driver Set).
