Stack 20% cashback ($50 cap per order) with mid-season sale.

Update: TopCashback has changed the cap to $50 per order, not per member. Also deleted the $30 cap per order.

TA's Tracking Tips:

  • Disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave, close additional browser tabs, and don't click away to other sites looking for codes etc after clicking from TopCashbackAU as tracking will be lost. TopCashbackAU must be the very last click/tap prior to purchase.
  • For iOS device: Apart from ensuring you’re not using an AdBlock app for Safari, the most important one is to ensure you have ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ turned off (see here).

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • IMPORTANT: Cashback is ineligible on purchases that opt into THE ICONIC's "Season of Sales" spend/get rewards voucher. Cashback may track, but will later be declined.
    - Cashback is capped at $30 per order for THE ICONIC.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases using any vouchers or store credit.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases at THE ICONIC Outlet.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.

What else is essential

  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • You must accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the 'get cashback' button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
  • To be eligible for cashback, all transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted/negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

Good to know

  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If any part of an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.

      Since when does any cashback deal allow you to use gift vouchers? Just use those for something else.

      The app isn't working poperly, good sign.

        with THE ICONIC, you can use gift cards by adding to your account with RIP Cashrewards and Shopback! I did this many times.

          Both ShopBack and RIP Cashrewards have the same T&Cs about not using gift cards. T&Cs are from THE ICONIC.

          If they paid cashback with gift card use, then THE ICONIC are not checking despite the T&Cs.

          However there is a risk they can also reject cashback as it's stated in their T&Cs.

            @trixieb: Yes, but they usually have different rates for the app versus the website, whereas TopCashback hasn’t specified this. I made a purchase to test it and will report back.

                  Just wondering did you pay with gift cards

                  We had discussed earlier about the risk of rejection as it's in the T&Cs.

                      @lostinsydney: I had heard of rejections with store credit. That could be the reason. Cashback is ineligible as per T&Cs.

                        @trixieb: I never had an issue with shopback or cashrewards. The only time its gets rejected / tracked $0 is when I use discount code.

                          @lostinsydney: The rejections appear to be automated from the retailer, not TopCashback. This is also a slightly different offer as you can use app or website.

                            @trixieb: Yes, I know! Last transaction with Shopback on 12 August tracked fine. Either it's very specific to Topcashback or recent update on The Iconic side.

                              @lostinsydney: Store credit still works for The Iconic with Shopback cashback, and I used it earlier on Tuesday this week via app.

    I've PM the rep to clarify on the $50 cap per member which most likely overrides the $30 cap per order in the T&Cs.
