Their new protein bar seems to be unusually cheap?
I’ve tried, and it’s the nicer of the oat bars for 20gm protein per bar. 290 cal is the kicker though, more of a meal replacement?

For $1 they are definitely worth a try haha,
But from my experience, protein bars, cookies, snacks of any sort, always look and sound better than they actually are.
Maybe I haven't found the right ones :(
Yeah I’d rather have a muesli bar and a protein shake on the side, which is still more protein and lower calories. But $1 is cheap though
As a meal replacement youre gonna get a glucose spike and be hungry again in an hour.

It seems to be plant protein based which is perhaps why its so cheap?
Additionally, the (much more expensive) snack bar packs of 12 are half price at $9 and protein drinks half price at $2.

Macros on this are pretty bad, 20g of protein for almost 300 cals.

22.4.g Carbs (12.2 Sugar)
