@OzBestDeal: I am a new customer and have 50 percent off rides in wallet already under promo, maybe thats why.
Interestingly, I tried to add the "real" promo and it didn't work. I then added the first promo and it added successfully but no additional promos appeared. I then tried to add the "real" promo again and it worked.

The $10 wouldn't apply until I changed my payment method to my Westpac Mastercard and now it's taking the $10 off.
