    25kph limits are ludicrous when you can pedal a treadly +30kph, the logic makes no sense. AU should adopt US/NZ 32kph limit.

    • The 25kmh limit isn't a big deal IMO, it seems to be a 'fair' compromise to allow e-bikes to mix with pedestrians on footpaths and tracks, it is what it is…

      Also: If people are going to buy an ebike that's not legal to use in public it's probably wise to stick to one that actually looks like a bicycle rather than one that looks like a mini-bike, it's only a matter of time before there's a big crackdown…
