  TCL? Same panel (Samsung sold the panel manufacturing to TCL) and has better warranty. Likely cheaper too.

    Pretty much all LCD panels come from china now, since LG just got out too (also sold to TCL). Other than somewhat worse processors, TCL TV's are definitely better better value.

      actually looking at this again, they won't price match because it's the same company!
      applicance central legal entity is tran electrical holdings p/l abn 24097005420 — this entity also has four others trading names, from the same registered address; 201 Woodville Rd, Villawood NSW 2163.

    With the $500 GC and xbox credit, not really.

    Also tcl manufacturers more of their own stuff, so will always be cheaper. And from our single model, a 765, the tcls have pretty slow and crashtastic internals (Netflix + 9 app keep crashing)

      My Parents' C845 is still vetry snappy and responsive and their new C8K is extremely fast (Makes the Shield they were using on their old TV seem like it crawls in comparison.

      My base model C645 43" Crawls these days though. No crashes though, just really slow.
