I've been looking around for a good screen protector for the iPhone 17 and this one from ESR seems good enough at this price (it was at $24.99 for the last week until now). It comes with a fitting tray so should make it easier to apply without bubbles.

10/10 would recommend ESR 6th year in a row.

    • Best thing about ESR screen protectors, is the thing you snap on the front of your phone and that aligns the protector

  • How can I protect myself if I can’t even protect my phone

  • I’m going to hold on buying screen protectors to see how good the anti reflective coating is.

Or you can just wait for Jerry to rig it for you

      • I only buy a phone after he has destroyed it

If the screen protector is so good, why do you need two more as spare…

In case you drop your phone and break it.

      • -3

If these screen protectors are so tough and good, by the time you drop and break them, the actual phone screen would have broken too…

        • Despite how tough a glass the manufacturer claim it is. Glass is still glass and it breaks on impact. I would rather replace a $10 screen protector than spending hundreds on the actual screen.

You must be filthy rich to be able to afford three new iPhone 17…

        • Must be…🤔💭💭

    • I noticed a chip on one of these within a week so had to put on another one.

These might be better than the el cheapo no name ones sold on AliExpress, but they are not in the same class as the one Apple store puts on.

Makes it sounds like these ESR brands too so good in quality then…

    • +1

No screen protector is invincible. They can still break, however hopefully when you damage your screen the screen protector takes all of the impact and leaves your screen untouched and then you can take off the old one and apply a new one.

Read my reply to ntb above ;-p

  • How does this affect the Apple claimed anti glare protection wouldn’t this just make it glare again? Been looking for one that keeps the anti glare finish

    • +1

Usually it will unless the screen protector itself has anti glare properties.

I have a glass screen protector on my s25 ultra and it nullifies the anti glare properties.
