Op, what’s the expiry date on these?

    For those who care:

    1 serving = 6 scoops (332g.)

(kills the entire purpose of convenience…not good for me but maybe others will find these useful)

      1 serving = 6 scoops (332g.)

I cannot thank you enough for pointing that out

tbf it's a mass gainer and the main ingredient is maltodextrin (carbs)

    • +2

why not just have 2 scoops and just have 2 to 3 shakes a day? seems more convenient as it will keep you full longer instead of blasting 1100 calories in one sitting.

In my use case - one scoop (one serving) should be at minimum 26g protein with minimal filler.

I have at least three of these + real food to hit 200g protein a day.

    • OP didn’t bother responding with the expiry date.
      Poor showing

From a 332 gram serve, 251g of carbs and 50g of protein? What the heck

Saves you standing there cooking your pasta.

Can we get a category for actual protein powder and "mass gainer" powders (protein powder with added carbs purely to gain weight)? I don't want this in my notifications, and don't think it's a good deal.

    • +2

      That’s a great point.

Will save us the headache of sorting out.

I hope the mods consider this.

    • The issue here is that it was mistagged as protein powder, however creating another tag for 'mass gainer' won't stop that happening. The problem has been rectified already by removing the incorrect tag, however we cannot guarantee or stop it happening in the future as tagging is open.

      Thanks

      • Thanks mod bro, love ya

  • Is this good to buy? I don't understand the ingredients.. Plz suggest.. Thanks

  • This isn't a protein powder. It is a powdered meal that happens to have some protein.
