[NSW] Moving into a house for 6 months, gas and electricity options?

hi all,

i'm moving out of home for first time, just wondering if anyone can recommend some good gas and electrcity plans for 6 months?

is it better to get a long plan with bigger discount, then pay the disconnect fee when i need? or get a casual plan?

gonna be living in sydney.
