    Appreciate the input 🙂. Quick heads-up, marshmall0w2, you might want to reread the post before calling it a bad deal. It’s 5 devices for 3 years, not 5 years on 3 devices as per your comment. Easy mix-up, I know, numbers can be tricky.

    Anyway, I’ve done the legwork. A comparable 5-device, 3-year plan from Norton is more expensive, and Bitdefender consistently scores higher in independent tests, like the 99.8% protection rate from AV-Comparatives. This deal works out to about $2.17 per device, per year. That’s not just good, it’s borderline ridiculous for a top-tier product.

    I’ve already verified the key and activated the subscription, so I’m sorted. But hey, if you’ve got a legit source offering the same coverage and reliability for less, feel free to drop a link. Otherwise,

      Yes, you're right. My bad for that. The subscription is 5 devices 3 years. Still, much better deals. About half to a third of this price (~AUD 10)

      PSA I got this deal in July and it only covers computers not mobiles. So only my previous non Indian Bitdefender subscription I was able to get Total Security on 2 PCs and 3 Androids but now it only covers the 2 PCs. This is not obvious because they have the same name Total Security.

      Edit: nevermind this deal does say it covers multiple OSs

  Can you extend your current AU license validity using this key?
  I suspect the Indian market license is different from the global or country-specific activation keys.
  Also their customer service would push you to contact Indian country specific customer support not the global one (I went through this)!!

    Hello,

    The subscription has been successfully activated and is now visible in Bitdefender Central. The risk of future technical support issues is present but is offset by the substantial cost savings. A VPN set to an Indian location likely contributed to the successful activation.

    The existing subscription expires in 4 days, under my subscriptions I have the existing one, and the newly purchased one, it appears it's 3 years from activation not 3 years from the end of the subscription as it appears on screen as a new subscription not an extension of current with the new activation key, I hope this helps :-)

  This is absolute full proof way to do it. VPN to India . Create a new throwaway email address. Find Indian person generator online via Google .Register with fake Indian details and throw away email address. Then use Wise card to pay.
