100 pack of Zyrtec at Chemist Warehouse is $38.99, $10 cashback makes it $28.99.

OzBargain's resident pharmacist has a 210 pack of Cetirizine for $24.99 delivered.

That's more than 2x more expensive at CWH even after cash back.

Agreed, where is the bargain OP?

      • -3

Cetirizine might work for some people, but not for everyone. I've tried both Zyrtec and Telfast for my hay fever, and Telfast didn't work for me. That's why I stick with Zyrtec.

Cetirizine is the ingredient in Zyrtec so exactly same thing

          • @LW74: Agreed – cetirizine is the ingredient in both, but for some people there really seems to be a difference. Not sure of the exact reason, but it does happen. It’s a bit like paracetamol – same active ingredient across brands like Panadol, Herron, and Chemist Warehouse’s generic version, but some people find certain brands work better for them.

@Kas: That's all in your head

Zyrtec is manufactured in Switzerland/EU to much higher safety standards. The product you linked is made in India by Dr. Reddy's and Lupin, who have had serious FDA findings against them. There was even a 2015 recall of generic Zyrtec made in India due to impurities. Not worth the risk over a 30-cent tablet.

I hate these annoying receipt cashback ‘deals’ - just do a sale rather than harvesting my data

  • +1

Whilst I see some of your frustration in negging this deal with other offers out there.
I will benefit as I bought the 100 pack during the recent top cashback 50% deal.
    Thanks OP for the info!

This deal is like, always there at CW. All day, all year.

  • Does it work for click n collect as we don't get a phyical receipt?

    • +1

Yes, I've successfully claimed cashback via CW Click&Collect before. You should have received a receipt or can find it in your account. Just take a screenshot of it or save as pdf.
