  I wonder how long this one will last…

  I don't like seeing businesses close, but there seems to be a constant churn of coffee shops/juice bars/etc. that try and make it there.

    100% agree. The rent and overheads would be crazy.

    Walked through today and I was the only customer and they are behind a bunch of scaffolding/renovations that look have kicked off in the centre, which makes it even worse for them.

    The cabinet was full of muffins and breakfast options but no customers, so I fear a lot of that will be thrown out. They probably should have advertised better of their launch/opening too.
