Might be an option for some. Never used the US version of topcashback yet, and its a different entity so not affiliated with the Australian website.
This deal is vague but have a look when you sign up and work out if you want to risk it as it could be a good deal potentially with no caps.
It mentions that Use of a coupon code not displayed on TopCashback will forfeit cashback.

I'd like to know too. Its a great deal if its legitimate but I just read on the other post from a while back someone had them rejected, but also need to know if coupons are applicable.
Its hard to trust. They are equally as bad as SB and rip CR. They are actually really bad at tracking probably the worst
Shopback AU are pretty trustworthy, I would say the best out of the 2, but not used the US version. They have a rep here so thats always good, but not affliated with the US version so theres no recourse.
Not a fan of the US TCB. Have a pending from last Dec that is going nowhere. They manually did it to placate me when something didn’t track, but it seems they have no intention to pay out. I have had zero troubles with CR, SB or TCB-AU with tracking ever since I moved to a clean Chrome browser about 5 years ago. Only this once instance with TCB-US have I had a problem.
Was there any coupon usage? AliExpress US have their own regional site + codes, so I'd be curious to know if the codes invalidate it.
Wasn't AliExpress. Was a US store and an order while on a trip over there. No coupon at all. Just didn't track. Rakuten seems to be THE big cashback site in the US. Have used them two times with no issues.
I don't trust TCB USA. I have Ali transactions from 6 months ago, still not payable, with a bonus US$15 enticement payment that they removed from my earnings without any notification. I complained about the $15, and they apologised and reinstated it, but it also hasn't become payable. I've had nothing payable as yet.
Huge pain in the behind to get money paid out. Even paypal payout gets screened and asks you to send photo id for verifications.
Need to pay 150% tarrif?
I have had mostly good luck, a couple of claims were denied for some reason, but that was fixed after contacting customer support.

Thanks for the info kmp, were you paying on AE in USD or just purchasing in AUD as normal?
I pay in USD using a fee free card linked to my PayPal. Payouts are in USD and get paid into my PayPal account.
Ignoring all the problems with reliability, TCB USA would constantly spam me with emails and provided no method of opting out. Their excuse of being 'mandatory service emails' to advertise their site was rubbish, and I deleted my account as soon as I got paid out.
