Which USB-C Dock for 2x Different Laptops?

Hello,

I run a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro 16ACH6H (Specs here: https://psref.lenovo.com/syspool/Sys/PDF/Legion/Lenovo_Legio…), which is connected to the following:

Monitor 1 - 2k 165hz - usb c
Monitor 2 - 2k 75hz - HDMI
Monitor 3 - 2k 75hz - Usb c

I don't plan on upgrading monitors 2 and 3 in the medium term.

I'm looking for a dock that would simplify this setup for me, but, but also lets my wife connect her laptop as necessary - she has a HP envy x360 from about 2021 I think.

Would something like this work?

Thanks for the help.

  • Dell docks just work the best. Well worth it.

2k is not a monitor resolution. You mean 1440p/QHD.

    • Agree re: Dell

I think the retail world has moved on from deciding if 2K should be used or not to describe 1440P.

  • 2x 4K HDMI,
    1x 4K Display Port

Specs say it should. If it don't work, return it. I use an Alogic Display Dock with my M2 Macbook, but it's like $299, but the Macbooks can be finicky.

  • Check if any of the monitors have video out for daisy chaining.
