El Jannah has recently began sending emails to survey people who have signed up with them, but not bought anything through the app in a while.
This email seems to be targeted, and upon completion of the survey, they ask you if you want to be rewarded a $20 voucher. After picking yes, you will receive a new email with the voucher that can either be used in store, or online.
The voucher is $20 off $30.
I got this, and I have never made a purchase, only redeemed a free chicken earlier in the year.

Food quality is food quality but cant blame small businesses that want to just get a payday. Opportunity cost to start any business in australia is pretty high.

Probably started a while ago. I remembered the garlic sauce was scooped into a tub, nowadays it's prepacked. Either they're not as fresh as before, or they've changed their recipe, it just doesn't taste as good.
@mini2: I've had their chicken and wraps from a new of the new stores, and they are zero stars good.
they where good in Punchbowl and Granville back in the day, now its hot garbage.

It’s rubbish these days.
Back before they franchised they were pretty good, would visit the Granville store regularly.
Now it’s dried out and over salty, the garlic is mass produced rubbish.
If I feel like this style of chicken and I’m near Granville I will go to Hawa, why better quality.

I've been to Lindfield & Tuggerah recently, and it's been great.
Last year, I went to Norwest, and a few chicken pieces tasted off. Then again, I have had this issue a few times recently with KFC.
This should last me until the weekend 😋
