    Sponsored by Ryan Reynolds?

    • I thought he sold his share, though google says he has some ongoing interest in the brand. Honestly not a bad gin for light drinkers (fruity?)

      • So he did looks like he sold in 2020, haven't tried it so thanks for the advice

        • For the above, I only drink my gin in mixers, so it probably matters less what kind of gin I mixed it with.

      • I don't think it's fruity. I pick up more of an aniseed note compared to other gins. Not a bad price for a decent gin . Gin should be cheap

        • +1 for the aniseed flavour in this. My missus enjoys a G+T, but was not a fan of this gin purely on that weird addition.

  • I just got out of stock error from Sydney

Maybe stop buying American stuff while they're putting tariffs on Aussie goods?

    • -2

us tariffs are good, the more they charge for beef via tariffs the cheaper beef is in australia as they need to sell it somewhere… go US tariffs , makes things cheaper for us , and china needs to dump somewhere, we don’t manufacture so tariffs don’t impact the average Australian consumer except makes things cheaper, unless you own shares in company that exports to the usa , it’s all good for those of us who don’t own shares in companies exporting to usa. USA is about 5% australian exports, china is over 30% .

First you say it's good because they have to "dump the beef somewhere" then you say USA only makes up for 5%.

I don't believe you have any idea what you're talking about.

Contrary to what's implied, our beef exports to USA have actually risen since the tariffs, due to demand based on meat quality and low herd numbers in that sh..hole country. His numbers must have come from an old newspaper (bought at a garage sale?). Our exports vary from month to month but have been around 28+-% for a few months to said country, while China imports only ~17%.

    • Ditto

  • Decent gin.
