Can't believe this hasn't been posted here already. I guess not many players left after 15 years :D
I still come back to this game every now and then for a break from the usual CoD, Tarkov, etc. They've done a good job of updating the graphics, some of the mechanics, and I was pleasantly surprised to find I had:
A tech tree tier 6 - 10 including the tanks for free to choose from;
10M in credits;
2.5K gold;
15K bonds (can buy special tanks outside the normal tech trees, equipment, skins, etc); and
30 days of Premium account waiting for me.

If you are new to the game (after 2.0) you get:
x2 tier 6-10 tech trees;
6M credits;
no gold or bonds; but
a few tier 6 - 7 premium tanks to keep; and
a few tier 8s and 9s for 30 days.

There's a whole bunch of other stuff given away as well for both old and new players including: crew XP, XP multipliers, and missions for more premium account days (up to an additional 30 days).

This is probably their biggest giveaway so I'm sure I've missed a few other items. Definitely worth checking out considering when I started playing this game it would take months of grinding to get a tier 10. Now you can just create a new account and get x2 tier 10s to have a go with.

Claim by simply logging until the release of the next update in mid-October. The game is free, the giveaways are free so check it out for yourselves ;)

  This lured me back a few days ago after last playing in 2018(!).
  Sadly most matches i played were largely filled with bots which makes the playing experience really poor.
  Lots of very uneven matches as a result, felt like i was on the losing team the majority of the time, and often one of the teams would got steamrolled within minutes.
  I played a bit over 100 matches the last few days then uninstalled it last night.

    I'm always on the losing team too. No I won't self reflect on that.

    Enjoyed this game less when my friend told me it's actually pay 2 win 😣

  Steel aces on the go. Can't say it is the best but it brings back the old feeling of pre 1.0 WoT when I beta tested it.

  Will avoid this damned match maker like a plague.

  IMHO 2.0 can't save WoT. Tried for a few days with my old account, no visual improvement for the match making.

  I agree with the fact that WoT is dying and this won't save them.

  I miss the days of the combined server. I chose to stay with the NA server since back during the split, I was involved in a fairly competitive clan. Since then everyone has quit and I quit then came back a few times and anyone I know who still plays (a few) are on the SEA server, but I can't get transferred. But it seems like the SEA server has way more bots, so I am stuck with 200 ping to the NA server instead

    I also agree with you guys - this is a dying game and this is their last ditch effort to save it. I wish they had done this a few years ago. They probably would have retained and lured a lot more players but playing this game brought back a lot of good memories for me. Matchmaking isn't fantastic but I still end up with a ~50/50 win/loss ratio so it can't be that bad.

    I have two accounts one through steam for Asia servers and the other through the game launcher for NA. I found the bots are really only on tier 1-4 and who really cares about tier 1-4 anyway. If anything the bots make the initial grind easier if you still want to grind some of the tech trees for some reason.

    I actually had a third account that was my main competitive account. I too was part of a decent clan I think it was ANZAC or something like that but for the life of me I can't remember what email account I used to login so it's lost in the ether somewhere along with some sweet tanks, equipment, etc

    Tier 6-10 there are still plenty of actual players with very short queues on both servers.

      I think i was in that clan too, can't recall with certainty now. Was so much fun back in 2014-2016. KV5 ramming the German heavies surprised the heck out of them. Also before they changed/nerfed it, T-50-2 was such cockroach.
