It might be functional but it certainly aint pretty! (sorry rep)

    • Hello, you may contact our team, and we’d be happy to share videos.

    • Yup. These kind of curtain mechanisms (curtain with tracks that hidden behind a drop ceiling opening) are not very common in Australia given blinds or rod curtains are much more common. The former has its own stick motor while the latter would likely require a robot to automate.

It's much more common in apartment settings though.

Also I still can't figure out how these things can be so expensive, too.

      • Well if the track was hidden by the ceiling that would fix part of it. The big box on the side and a wall plug isn't my thing either. If it was all hidden in the ceiling that'd be the way to go in my book..

        • Yup. Generally it's better to have those motors and wiring in place in the drawing. Though that would significantly drive up the cost of the house or refurb plan.

On a flat ceiling, rod looks much better anyway.

  • Looks like autonomous car wash system

    • it is a automated system for curtains Ծ‸Ծ

  • Do you have anything that can work on zigbee? Need to cover 5.5m length

The same model is half price on Aliexpress. Can be lowered with cashbacks.

    • That looks to be the motor only and does not include the curtain track

  • Zemismart Matter Wifi Electric Cutrain Track HomeKit SmartThings Google Home Assistant Alexa APP Control US$114 + US$11 Delivery

Instead of cramming every conceivable app compatibility in your title, how about spending some effort into specifying the correct product and quoting the correct price? US$114 price is unobtainable, and different length tracks have different prices and shipping fees.

    • Thanks for letting me know, Alvian. Since the title has limited space, I’ll update it in the description.

  • Hello, what should the correct order for 3.5m span?

    • +1

Hello, can just choose the 4.1m verison, so that can adjust to be 3.5m .

      • Ordered. Hopefully, no dramas. :)

        • Thanks for letting me know! 👍 It’ll be shipped from Australia. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions while using it.

  • Is this tested for electrical safety and approved for sale in Australia?

  • 2 Questions (sorry if these questions are too basic):
    1. Can I connect the curtain motor to either side or is it only one sided?
    2. Do it come with curtains included or do I have to purchase this separately? If so, where can I find compatible curtains that works with this product?

    • I have one of these and have had it for a few years. I have a dual rail system with motors on both sides as one runs the normal curtains and the other does the shades.

Can use any curtains that have the little hooks on them.

  • Whats the warranty for motor and electrical part and is it easy to install ?

  • Also for people that like ESPHome, unless they have changed the chips recently, these things can be flashed to either ESPHome or Tasmota. But have to do it with wires and not via wifi.
