Ermm, most of these high end CPUs doesn't come with heatsinks nowadays…
No one buying this type of CPU ever would use a stock cooler that was produced by AMD or Intel.
They only ever packaged coolers that competed with $20~30 after market coolers. How much cheaper you think it's supposed to be?
@Julzx: pennys counts… and it's a good collection like the wraith prism came with my 3900x. I'm currently running it under a U12A BTW
Really good air coolers are between 50-80 AUD. If you're spending this much in a CPU you don't care about the cost of the cooler.
I donno about 9950X3D. But my 9900X3D, using a dirt cheap Thermalright PS 120 SE for $55 from Scorptec, is running at 40C while idling and doesn't exceed 72C when left under full load overnight.
@Shahrasb: Well yeah the X3D chips are known to be power-efficient AF and the Phantom Spirit is literally regarded as the GOAT cooler period
