Yeah i have the same issue. Doesn’t feel like it's "just water". Never have the same issue with other brands
It's not just water.. they all will have some some kind of detergent (it has to clean things after all) and a preservative to stop it from getting mouldy.
Usually I get slightly more expensive "organic" compostable wipes for face cleanup - cause you can just chuck them in with the food scraps for composting.
They gave baby rash on my little one. So steer clear on this one

Find these to be as hypoallergenic as the more expensive Water Wipes but at a fraction of the cost, and I also find these much easier to peel out of the packet than Water Wipes. We jump on this deal every time it comes around.
Not sure what is up with these ones, but if you wipe your face with them it leaves a weird stinging type feeling. So if you have never used them before buy a small pack to try first.
