New Pre-Built Gaming PC - Which Company to Buy from

Hi everyone, I am in the market for a new PC.

I am considering getting a pre-built one but am unsure which company to go with as there are so many.

Kindly requesting for you to share your experience with the one you went with, the service (cost etc), delivery and the final product (how was the build and how is it holding up)?

I am wondering what components as well did any company compromise on as well? I hear some motherboards are sub-par.

I am looking to build with a 5080 and am going the AMD route being unsure yet as to which CPU.

Thanks in advance.

Techfast seems to be the best pricing from what I've seen but both of the people I know who've bought from them had extremely long wait times before they received their build.

I bought from Nebula PC and very happy with it. It was for a family member. Clean build and had no issues with it.

What's your budget? Actually nvm anything between 7600X to 7800X3D or 9600X to 9800X3d, then RTX 5080, 850W PSU, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB drive. Can all be obtained for less than $3k

Hey mate, would you be able to do the same sort of quote for a lower spec build under $2k? Thanks!

    • Care to elaborate ?

  • Just curious, what factors affect people's decision as to whether to buy pre-built or build themselves? Is it just about the price? Or does the time and inconvenience of ordering parts and building it yourself affect your decision?

How about the finish time, in terms of ordering parts and building yourself Vs wait times for pre-built?

    • Just getting the parts can take a week or more. I can never get the cheapest prices from one supplier. But only takes a couple of hours to put them together and get it running.

  • I am also in the same boat looking to buy a pc or built one which ever is cheaper. Budget is between 2.5 - 3k with rtx 5080 and 9800x3d

  • Umart's PC customizer could be handy. I haven't bought one so it's not a recommendation.
