    Well… the phone support was useless lol. Trying to figure out who I couldn’t select colour, then he told me that they were going to update the website, never updated, now sold out. Sigh.

      Not yet. When I tried to contact Phonebot 2 days ago, the reason they gave was "Thank you for contacting Phonebot. Unfortunately, the order has not ben shipped yet as we have an unexpected influx of order, resulting in a little setback. It should be shipped within the next 24 hours".

      But haven't received the notice nor the product. Probably gonna ping them again today.

      I haven't either - created an account to check order status and it's showing as 'Returned & refunded'.

      Didn't cancel myself and haven't receive any email following the confirmation so not sure if they're honouring this deal.

      I've tried to message them on Whatsapp and will see how happens.

    I messaged and email,had same 'return and refund' status message, but no refund yet (and i had no shipping info).

    Response given was;
    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused with your recent purchase of the Apple Smart Keyboard Folio for iPad Pro 11-inch [Brand New] – Black (including 12 months warranty). While preparing your order, we noticed that the item was not stored properly and is unfortunately not in a condition to sell.
    With our apologies, we have forwarded this to our finance department to process a full refund, which will be completed within the next 2 to 3 business days.

    However its still on sale and on stock on website. When i asked about that I was told they would be taking down shortly.

    Sounds like BS to me.

      same here. I asked them to just send me one of the ones that are still being on sale rather than refund me - they said the listing is an error. it's still up today.

      complete BS.
