  Love the Avalon and don't have many options which fit my fat head. I have a 61" a couple of years old which has shrunk enough to be a good fit (and I baby'd it).
  I snagged a 63" here and assume it will also shrink down to my size (with help if required), if not surely it will shrink down to fit another fat head family member.

    You can put foam or other padding behind the inner band to make the fit a bit more snug if the hat is a bit loose.
