Uber Eats: $5 Cashback for Existing Customers (5pm-11pm, One Transaction Only Per Member, No Min Spend) @ TopCashback AU

With the Footy Finals on this weekend, I asked TA what TCB could cook up whilst we completed our daily MCG lap together, both sad our teams aren't competing. This sounds like a banger and might be just what I need to feel good whilst my team's captain leaves for the rivals.

Deal as per title, and, as always, be sure to check the terms below.

Runs for 6 hours from 5PM AEST, and $5 will be for all Uber Eats customers (existing & new). Only one transaction per member account permitted.

Cashback terms and exclusions

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • To be eligible for this offer, you must access Uber Eats (app or website) directly from TopCashback. If other website links are clicked after clicking through TopCashback, cashback will not be tracked and any claims will be ineligible.

  • Cashback is eligible on orders paid with Uber Wallet.

  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.

What else is essential

  • Orders must be placed within 2 hours of clicking through to Uber Eats, and valid only for orders made in Australia.

  • Ensure that "Limit Ad Tracking" setting on iOS and "Opt out of Ad Personalisation" setting on Android are toggled off.

  • A maximum of one (1) 'New Customer' rate is permitted per TopCashback account. Having any previous orders in your account will deem you an 'Existing Customer'.

  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.

  • You must accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.

  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the 'get cashback' button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.

  • To be eligible for cashback, all transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted/negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

Good to know

  • Customer status (new or existing) is determined by Uber Eats, not TopCashback.

  • Tracking for Uber Eats is not instant. It can take 24–48 hours to show in your account.

  • Cashback is available on both pickup and delivery orders.

  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.

  • If any part of an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.

What to do and when

  • Missing cashback claims must be lodged within 100 days of purchase.

    • Mine is a pre order for pick up tomorrow and hasn't tracked either… Don't have an order number to submit claim so will wait for a bit longer

    • Just tracked. All mine have so far tracked with TopCashback unlike shopback. I have lodged a missing cashback with shopback and have heard nothing.

  • Topcashback hasn't tracked for me for this or the recent Amazon $5 bonus for spending $25

    Before this I never had an issue

    Seems maybe the increased traffic to Topcashback might me impacting things

  • My order still hasn’t tracked yet. I tried to submit a claim but it requires a 5-digit receipt ID. How do I find this ID?

      I think you can only see it in the App

      Click Orders-> Past Orders-> select the order then the order number is shown at the top of the screen

      • For me, the order number is right at the top of the screen hidden behind the status bar.
