Quite a lot of Amazon reviews say it stopped working after 3-6 months: https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0CXXRLSGY

    • +2

Should be claimed under warranty then

      • +1

The reviews also say Lubluelu doesn't reply to their messages so the warranty could be useless. And people below in the Ozbargain comments are echoing the same.

        • -1

99.4% positive reviews, not seeing any bad ones about not returning customer queries

          • +5

@BatmanAU: You can only leave an eBay review up to 60 days after purchase so the 3-6 month failures wont show up there. If you click through to the Amazon link I posted above or read the Ozbargain reviews below you will find plenty of people who have issues.

@mnko: Yeah cool. I did try and find that model on Amazon and they don’t appear to have it, maybe an old model

    • +7

Mine stopped working after about 8 months, would get lost, would stop after 5 minutes, couldn't return to base
Lubluelu wouldn't respond to messages and in the end Amazon gave me a full refund after sending back

Am I the only one that immediately associates this brand name with Labubu and rolls eyes (◔_◔)
    … followed by a "…wait, wtf is a Lubluelu?!"

  • +10

Rubbish robot, I had a for couple of months and it stopped working.
This company has non-existent warranty support/customer service, I did manage to return it via Amazon but I don’t know how eBay deals with those kind of things.

    • +3

eBay provides virtually no support once you’ve been ripped off.
My Lubluelu is still working perfectly after a year, but I had a $900 inverter fail just 95 days after purchase and ~25 days use. eBay refused to give me the seller’s contact information and offered no meaningful assistance.

By contrast, AliExpress refunded me in full after 130 days, and the process required almost no effort.

I purchased one via eBay and it failed within three months. The company promised they would send me a new one but keep delaying the return and now have just stop responding to any of my emails. EBay customer support has been nothing but useless.

    • +3

eBay is worst than useless, they waste your time.

You get what you pay for.

  • Yeah best to buy via Amazon. Had the same issue, ghosted by them so had to lodge via Amazon and they refunded me. Robot was ok, but battery does not last .

  • I wonder if there are a few clones of this around, giving the "genuine?" ones a bad reputation

  • I have a 3 X 4m covered deck. Anyone tried using one of these undercover outside to keep things tidy?

    • Thought about using one on my 4x4 balcony. But it honestly seems easier to spend the 2 minutes it takes to manually vacuum.

    • Should technically work, but if there's any trace of water, it'll clump up whatever's inside the dust tray and you'll be cursing having to scrub it all out. Might still be worth it though.

I cannot talk about the L15, but if there's any merit for quality of Lubluelu, I got the SL60D with the auto-empty station from Temu about a year ago and it's been rock solid.

I've had the map randomly erase from the app I think once or twice, but that's literally the only gripe. Again, not too sure how the L15 compares, but it might be best to spend the extra $50 or $60 to get a better unit.

    • +4

Yep will add to the SL60D. Has survived a year and still kicking strong.

    • +1

You can save the maps in the app incase you haven't worked that out yet, I found that feature after I had the same issue.

SLD60 Great, starter robot vac, wouldn't be mad if it broke down, cheap as chips for the work it's saved us.

Yep, I have the model SD60 with the dust bin still working after 14 months of daily use. After 9 months the battery lost charge and had to get a replacement which they refunded the amount for a new one. Since then the underneath roller brush cover rubber strip has broken away. I did reach out to get a new part but they don’t offer that part and when I asked can they help further to track one down they just ghosted me. Can’t get any direct help since. So it’s cheap but support and parts and pretty hit and miss. Would I buy this brand again, probably not, as replacement parts are important to me than just throwing the whole robot out when the inevitable happens an single needed part can’t be sourced.

    • +1

Try Ali Express for replacement parts

I think the SL series are better model

  • Happy with my 3000 series

  • Bought mine from Amazon in Jan 25, SL60D, fingers crossed, still happy with mine

  • Sacrificial kitty litter bot. Run 2 or 3 times a day in the single room the kitty little is in.

    • will the little kitty be in there at the same time?

  • I thought this is a Labubu deal, not t hat I am collecting Labubu, but I am curious who would.
But turns out it's cleaning robot
time to get new pair of new glasses

    I own an SL61 already.

This just arrived, I suspect it's a knockoff and not genuine, as there is a lack of Lubluelu branding on the box and manuals etc in comparison to my SL61.

It just doesn't seem right (in comparison to my other Lubluelu). Or maybe they have changed all their packaging over the last year and this one is just less premium than the SL61.

    Will see how it goes.

    • Any Lubluelu branding on the cleaner itself?

L series is the cheaper series of their brand.

      • The name on the top, but that's it.

Gave it a run and it cleans fine.

MUCH quieter than the SL61, almost to the point of I wasn't sure if it was vacuuming correctly, however the dust compartment was full at the end.

  • Received mine today. It definitely doesn’t look genuine. The QR code on quick guide takes to flyranking.com page with no brand name. Very simple page with their email address and YouTube page which has got only four videos. There is no brand name on their box and manual.

My SL60D that I bought last year has their brand name on both box and manual. Going to return it as you never know how reliable they are.

    • that's annoying, given this item was purchased from "official" Lubluelu ebay page

      • Yeah I sent email with pics to Lubluelu that I found on their official website and they confirmed that it’s their product but I was still skeptical as it might be inferior quality than the SL60D which seemed authentic. Had to sell it at almost the same price I bought at.

  • this vaccuums very well, but it doesn't play well with my skirting boards, and in quite a few places has rubbed a black line along the skirting board :(
