    Doesn't mean much, just that only customers with a negative experience post on there. Even Amazon, the most popular store on OzBargain, has a poor rating https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/amazon

    If you want to know my experience, out of my 200+ Doordash orders, probably only 1 or 2 have been bad which I was compensated for anyway.

      My wife and I had such a couple of bad experiences from them. :(

      Replacement item price different will NOT be reimbursed, missing item also will NOT give refund on that item, dasher bought wrong item you have no choice but to accept even a lower price of item. All the requests when we were trying to talk to the CS, they all said manager reviewed and not approve. Really annoying.

        Damn that sucks, some areas will just have bad dashers. When my items are substituted the price gets automatically updated to the correct one, I'm guessing the dasher scanned it incorrectly. Doordash support have been good for me

        Do you use Uber Eats or something instead though, if not fair enough, but if you are using Uber Eats, there is just no way they can compare with Doordash, between getting free delivery with the 2 year free Dash Pass through Amazon, combining that with 20% off Doordash Gift Cards from Costco, then on top of that using an in app deal like 15%-20% off, it basically triple stacks your discount and blows Uber Eats prices out of the water, by the time i calculate my savings i am usually paying in store prices and sometimes even cheaper

      Can confirm. It worked on a Coles order.
