Cheaper than it's rrp, and it's not your normal Officeworks or Kmart 10 bucks keyboard. For example, just search for "mechanical numpad" on Amazon and you won't see any comparable numpad at this price that has all the features like this one.
Ofc if you aren't interested in NES style keebs or numpad in general then it won't be for you, but many people in custom keyboard scene may like it. In my case, I have this KAT Drifter keyset that I can use on this numpad that is very fitting to the theme. However tbh I don't use a separate numpad that much (have one plugged in right now) so probably skip this deal.

Mate, I legit give you the link of other numpads on Amazon and explain why its price is a bargain compares to them. If you don't think it's a bargain then you do you.

            @Masticccc: Aliexpress is still cheaper.

US$35.99 for all colours. Less with US$3 coupon. Even less with 14% cashback.

            • @m9: I know, pretty sure there was a post of this same numpad but on Aliexpress before. Just answering for jv in general, and trust me many people have Aliexpress allergy lol.

@Masticccc: Don't worry, JV is just in a grumpy mood because his football team lost.

        • What's the threshold before you would consider an item to be a bargain?

            Cheaper than other places…

            • @jv: Common sense dictates that you would link at least a single alternative that's priced better…

                Do you have a link?

                • @jv: You should direct that question to the person who originally commented “why is it a bargain?” I asked no such question.

@smartazz104: Not sure what my question has got anything to do with your comment…

                    You are asking for links…

    nice!

  • are the keys programmable?

    • +2

IIRC no, which is why mine is sitting in its box with 1hr of usage.

    • Nope, they have a software for this numpad but you can only update firmware version w/o any customization. So no chance to use this as a macro-pad.

    OH MY GODDDDD

Got this. Love it because its also a physical calculator

    • I opened this post ready to rail against the cost per key but I after looking at it I actually love this thing for the same reason

  • -2

WOW, 12x the cost of my keyboard, which has a number pad. But mine is not mechanical.

that's like comparing an apartment and mansion, both houses, but very different.

  • Is this hot-swappable? I like to use clicky blue in the office.

    • +4

It is, but dont do that to your poor colleagues.

  • The build quality is decent but not everyone needs a solid keyboard. Like people want new clothes every a while.

But I do want one. This can save space where I only need to input numbers. Too late.

These numpads are awesome. I love mine. Get it from AliExpress. They're usually this price or less…

  • Anyone use this for gaming ? :P
