Saw this brand of Sriracha hot sauce today (23 September) at Tong Li Parramatta with a heavy discount- selling for only $2 (was $7 as the sticker claims).
Only caveat is that it’s best before October 2025.
Lots of stock still available. If you’re not too worried about the date, good opportunity to grab some hot sauce.
It was never the same after they stopped using the original chillis.

Yeah. I have not bought a bottle since they changed suppliers. I used to go through a bottle or so a month, now it is zero.
Same, not worth paying the new high price either, used to be ~$5-6 now almost always $10-12.
Looove sriracha sauce.from google search. To maintain freshness, store opened sriracha in the refrigerator, where it can last for up to two years .
Agree, ignore short dated if planning to use within two years. Other hot sauces can last way longer (same may apply)
I mean, it will never spoil in a way that is dangerous.
I suppose the flavour might be somewhat less in a few years, but I would happily eat it in 5 years or more.
Agreed I think it’s just the flavour that’ll change. If it’s unopened too it’ll probably be fine for ages.
The Tabasco one is the bomb
It is OK, Too sweet and wimpy compared to OG Sriracha.
There's a use by date on it? I thought you bought a bottle and kept it for life. Like Worcestershire sauce.
Ditto but my Worcestershire sauce has actually started showing some clumping so I’m assuming it’s time to call it for that!

Huy Fong was the daddy of all brands although a battle over supply of chillis got everything a little mixed. Still the pick for me
