Heytea has a buy 1 get 1 free deal for their Cloud Longjing Latte and Longjing Latte Longjing on 25 September 2025. This seems to be only advertised on their app.

To get the deal, you need to order using one of the following methods:

• Heytea app
• Mini program (subapp in WeChat)
• In-store POS

Terms

• Limited to 1 free drink per order
• Each account can redeem the offer once during the promotion
• Offer cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions
• Paid toppings are not included in the discount
• Some stores may not participate in this promotion. Please refer to the official announcement or check in-store for details

Notes

• Queue time: Expect queues. If you want to save a bit of queuing time, order it on the app in advance
• Cannot customise free drink: The free drink needs to be the same as the one you ordered and CANNOT be customised, i.e. you cannot change the ice and sugar levels
• Chadstone store: A few weeks ago, the Chadstone store temporarily closed then reopened, without displaying their drinks or menu in the store. The Chadstone store is also not listed in their app. There is a chance that this offer may not be available at Chadstone. It'll be good if someone can confirm this.
