Then what chemical makes it non-stick? May be something worse than PFAS, like BPA or similar

Not everything that's non stick has PFAS..
@donman92: On their Facebook page, someone asked this question and their second response was that their Greener baking paper is silicon based.
I'm happy to be corrected but I'm a bit unsure if ALL their baking paper are silicon based.
