160

AI: Ethics, Risk and Compliance is a free short course designed to introduce participants to some of the most pressing issues in the deployment of AI today – managing your organisation’s risks in using AI, complying with the Australian framework for regulation of AI and maintaining an ethical approach to your AI use. Whether you are a business manager looking to deploy AI in your organisation or an IT professional tasked with managing your deployment of AI, this course will give you clear direction and pathways to success.

You will gain a clear understanding of Australian regulation guardrails, including ISO/IEC 42001:2023, get to see how a good AI management system works and guidelines in embedding AI responsibly into your organisation and culture.

This course will help you feel more comfortable in the practical use of AI in your workplace – maintaining integrity and deploying within the rules and regulations here and likely to evolve in the future.

AI: Ethics, Risk and Compliance will be presented by IT Masters cyber security mentor and expert Dr Georg Thomas, who is currently working with a number of organisations on their policy responses and plans for AI deployment.

Can we get an email from them?

  • Shouldn’t it be Governance, Risk and Compliance? Or is governance not a possibility with AI…

  • Is this actually worth doing?
There's similar free micro credentials or short courses on AI posted every few weeks (at least that's how it feels).
I've done one, started a second and it was really really basic, like reading an article discussing AI and do we need to be worried from the Australian or similar.

  • If Only Lawyers, Politicians and religious leaders done and practice the ethics course…. if only
