yeah it was like 3 bucks on steam a month ago not sure if I would play it.

Yes, it was, when she felt she still had to pose as a woman, therefore the game's protagonist is modelled after HER likeness from then. Not sure if they have updated the game to reflect her new name, like some movies and series have
Not sure why the negs, was just stating the fact that the game was done before he changed his name to Elliot. He did state in many interviews he had felt like changing a long time ago, but the fame he was having at that moment forced him to remain pretending to be a girl until he was ready. Also, the name in the game change was related to some media updating the name even if, for example, the tv episode, was released before he changed (e.g. Umbrella academy episodes from earlier seasons where updated to reflect the change)
