You are on OZ bargain, not BBQ best chain to yank.

Try BBQ forum rather than a bargain site as the question is not how to get it" at the best price.

Massively tempted by the Char-Griller Gravity Fed 980 Charcoal Grill now it's had a $200 price-cut, but still hesitant to pull the trigger. It supports pellets in the hopper too.

I bought the Pitboss Lexington when it was cheap at Bunnings and really like it. But it's a bit small if you're cooking for more than 3 or 4. Pellet grills are great for low and slow but not great for lots of char.

    • what pellets do you use? does it make much difference to flavour?

I get whatever is cheapest at Bunnings, and so far I've not been able to taste the difference.
