                      @Jvinster: I'm sure you realise that 15 beers a night will cause a whack-a-mole situation (yes, you may get some sleep, but now you've got liver problems too. That'd suck).

                      Have you tried joining some online communities to glean pain management tips? There are heaps of people with chronic pain, even if not from the same cause as yours, so there may be a way to shortcut the trial and error process to give you some relief while minimising unwanted side effects (e.g. some things I've heard of are CBD, TENs machines, EMDR, psilocybin treatments through Monash Uni or Medibank Private, melatonin etc etc). There's a world of treatment out there but it's stuff you have to seek out unfortunately or you'll likely be given f all help (well, that's the case for women anyway).

                      I also highly recommend the book "DBT for Everyone" by Kate Sherman & Michelle Henderson. They have a podcast called DBT & Me as well. DBT is a form of psychology that's all about "creating a life worth living" and it's highly structured & practical in focus. You don't need a specific diagnosis to dip your toes in the DBT waters. It's one of those things that was created for one reason but is now used for a whole heap of reasons.

                      I suspect your life now is not how you envisioned it would be. DBT can help you figure out how to create a new normal where there's still some joy & peace despite the pain & struggle. It's about working with what you've got/where you are right now. If you read the book, feel free to DM me with your thoughts. I haven't finished it yet but so far I'm liking the gist of it and I like their podcast.

                      I wish you improved sleep and many a free pizza! And again, I'm glad you're still with us.

                          @Jvinster: Indeed. I'm not a psych but I think finding community could be key for you.

                          And what DBT calls "radical acceptance" - perhaps things will never be how they were or life is not how you thought it would naturally unfold. That can be something we push against and don't want to accept. But it is what it is. There's a new normal now. So perhaps a way to have it suck less is to find others who "get" you, who get this new life. Find your people. Or even just one or two people. Trust me, you're not a unicorn. There will be others out there living a similar life to you. You just need to find those buggers!

                          Over time, construct a new, different life. Maybe it's not the one you envisaged when you were 10 or 20yo, but it's the one in front of you now that's available, right? It can get better. It takes time. You can push a Lego castle onto the floor in seconds, scattering all the pieces. Rebuilding it will take a lot longer. Accept that and have patience with yourself.

                          I'd like you to suffer less. I'd like everyone to suffer less (well, most people ha ha). And to have moments of fun, of peace, of happiness. I believe it's possible for you. And in those moments when you don't believe it's possible, just ride it out. Feelings change. Hang in there knowing that the way you feel in that moment will NOT be the way you will feel forever.       The tracking is insanely good in my experience. I’ve made hundreds of transactions and only 1 or 2 haven’t tracked. They were paid out anyway when I raised a missing cashback claim. TopCashback is a great provider and I’m sure many here can vouch as well :)

      I also haven't had issues with tracking from TCB. Only a Temu order and they paid out the claim without issues. I'd give it a go if you're on the fence

      FWIW TCB was in the UK before Oz and they were one of the top providers there (I think joint top with quidco)
