On 6 July 2023, there was a Complete 3 Surveys and Earn $5 @ Savvy Surveys via ShopBack App deal.
After almost 2 years and 3 months, and after soooo many back and forth emails chasing, Shopback finally decide to return my $5 bonus to me today. 😂

It's always good to get my fair share back, but it's just a timely reminder of how painful shopback cashback tracking is.
On the other hand Topcashback is way much better, tracking successful rate is more than 99% for me.
When that 1% tracking fail, their CS and rep here is always helpful.

    wow that's a long time. and I was getting anxious about my $5 for HBO Max survey, I started thinking maybe I typed 1 letter wrong for my email address.

    even followed the instructions to add a email to the spam list so it doesn't get blocked.

    I didn't need to do any chasing and it came about a week after the day they said. it was actually supposed to be $8 AUD (at the beginning and end of the survey it showed $8 AUD amazon GC), but the original survey email showed $5 Amazon GC which I assumed was USD. they sent me $5 AUD. well I guess not bad for just one survey.

    and yeah in before someone say "Cool story bro". 😂

    But no - they're all the same to me. TCB has issues and doesn't honour tracking same as SB and same as CR did. I've had issues with all of them, and plenty of posts where others have issues with each.

    You hear more complaints about SB because it's about 10x larger, but having loyalty to any of the cashback sites in particular is stupid. Just pick the one with the biggest discount, don't be a muppet who gets sucked into brand loyalty.

    I have a $1.13 tracked cashback from AliExpress on 5/10/2021 that is still not confirmed. I raised it under "Report cashback delay" a few times over the years because I just want it off the account, but it just sits there, forever pending confirmation.

    On my end, shopback has been pretty solid. regularly get cashback months ahead of the date it says it was going to

    Generally had little issues with shop back. Few here and there but all have either been paid out or I was compensated fairly for the hassle. Can't complain here. Had more issues with cashrewards declining my bonus cashback. Topcashback have been good but had a number of transactions not track of late that I've had to submit a claim for. One with mydeal which I'm doubting will get laid out now given they are moving to big W.

    Sb has always been true to me- it’s only slightly “dodgy” things it hasn’t tracked- like logged in with another cashback app around the same time as a purchase- but if they haven’t honoured it, the other app did.
