Anyway to Get Refund from amaysim?

So TIFU by accidentally buying a mobile plan while casually browsing through looking for deals. I choose esim to see if they have any activation charges etc, but instead I clicked proceed.

Well my card was charged and I am left with an expensive esim good for nothing, but now since I haven’t activated it yet, is there any chance of actually cancelling it and getting a refund? Or even changing it to a weekly plan and getting some money back 🥲

    yeah contact their live chat, they're pretty chill with it, ive done the same in the past and got refunded

        Ah Actually I did it in the night when the support was offline and as I bought and paid for a yearly plan, was a bit concerned, but yup they refunded me instantly (unlike vodafone which created lots of issues in the past and were trying their best not to refund)
