  I used to like Carl's Jr but they closed down the original store and now they want to put in guzmans.
  we already have a mad mex and another guzmans is only 10km away.
  I don't think there is a Carl's Jr within 120k now.

    Parent company went broke and most franchisees folded.. I find their problem is they are pretty much a Hungry Jacks with a more of American perk (free refills). I would go their over HJ (HJ stores feel less clean to me) any day but leave pretty much as satisfied so unless they were close, cheap, convenient - they not worth the trip if a HJ is 30km closer and its cheap burgers you are craving, pretty much going to get the same food.
