    Hi,
    Can you please point me to any semi-decent semi-cheapish examples?

    Use case is mostly for my teens ( 180 cm/ 65 kg and 160 cm/55kg) in very sheltered flat beach and estuaries, maybe some lakes.

      They seemed to have disappeared, and come back.
      Quite expensive now..

      This inflatable is probably the best bet for what you want.

          @mitcheo: I actually had no idea of the cost. One popped up on my marketplace feed for $50.
          Just assumed these were the new thing.

          Thought it was a great idea (lots of rocks and shark sightings where I am).
          Plus no pumping up/ deflating.

          Surely these will be the new mainstream soon.

  As someone who has repaired 4 blown out Adventure Kings board, this Vevor APPEARS to be a more sturdy design. The kings is literally one later thick, just one thick skin, where this Vevor appears to have an exterior skin over an interior skin.

  For the price this Vevor seems great as it includes a repair kit and seat.

  However, those single action pumps are horrid. I'm 120kg and have to put my bodyweight into getting the board up to 15psi with them, my wife doesn't stand a chance filling one. Kings often have the triple action pump included at this price range.

    I only fill by hand if I have forgotten part of my compressor kit. I have a $15 ebay adapter for my tyre inflator and it fills them while I slip slap slop and set up the area.

    120kg is the limit I would think.

    We only pump ours to 9-10 psi, works well. Couldnt imagine going to 15.

    We share one her 50kg+ me 80kg + Kid 15kg. But I guess the weight is spread over the board.
