Have $74.43 in my Booking.com Wallet and am off to the big smoke soon so was thinking Sweet! I'll use up my wallet because "credits are spendable on anything through Booking.com that accepts Wallet payments"
Guess what accepts wallet payments? After an exhaustive search though hotels, I found none. Even on the app where you can filter for "Booking.com Wallet" as online payment and then the info box says, "Pay with Wallet", when you get to the payment there is no option to pay with my wallet credits.
Maybe there is a reason? I couldn't work it out and they certainly don't tell you. The only place I could find a thing that would accept it was on Attractions, of which I want to do, exactly none.
Luckily I had Expedia OneKeyCash, half as much as my wallet but anyway it was accepted as credit at numerous hotels and I did compare the exact same hotels and dates between the sites. Booked with Expedia, sent Booking.com and email. Nothing will come of it but be warned. Booking Wallet credits are very useless unless you want to book the Skybus.
