    Thanks honey x

Nice arse, I usually buy Aldi Wheat Biscuits 1.12kg for $4.59 but will get some of these to compare.

    • +5

      Aldi 1.12kg - $4.59 (1kg = $4.10)
      Weet Bix 575g - $2.20 (1kg = $3.83)

You're saving $0.27 on the KG by buying Wheet Bix on half price!

These taste better and have a superior texture IMO.

Weetbix has more added nutrients too.
In nutrition order I think it's Weetbix, Aldi, Coles, Woolies.

      • I’m not really a huge fan of either but I agree

      • "These" which ones as two above are mentioned?

  • Thanks TA, still haven’t finished my 16 boxes I bought in the most recent price drop .

    • Down to last 2 box's from previous post. Had to travel 3 suburbs away to the 2nd closest Coles.
Got to wake up early and line up b4 my closest stores open. Last time I went the shelves were cleaned out.
      Wonder who???😆

I crunch them up and eat them with water.

That's pretty brutal, are you currently living in a war zone?

      • +6

We're in a cost of living crisis, I get the water from my local park.

School camps in the 80s, this was an actual punishment.

      • Some kids used to mix theirs with OJ at our school camps.

  • love these with a coating of honey dipped in milk

    • Do you have to coat the honey yourself? Is there a version with the honey pre-applied?

    • Have you tried Thai honey?

I prefer the sequel. jv honey

        • Would be a nice profile pic.

@trixieb: The original Thai Honey image was banned due to "nudity".

You're all savages. Split them in half, butter liberally, and either Vegemite or Promite if you're a mutineer like me. Game over.

    • +3

      Promite mentioned 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Honey, milk and banana is the best combo.

    What a lot of sheet!

I usually dip mine in olive oil and balsamic vinegar or use as a cracker for my hummus

  • A layer of sugar on top (icing on the cake).

These could be free and I would still buy VITABRITS!!
    Best ever breakie!

  • Along with the other 4999 1/2 price products.

Surely all Ozbargaineers like me check ColesWorth weekly for specials before hitting the stores.

    Of not, you should be.

  • Already obese rn. I will skip the honey coating.

    Thanks!

  • ‘Gotta have 5 wheat bix, 7 to be sure….i wanna take 5 wickets, maybe even more..’

This was Bret lee’s jingle when he was associated with wheat bix. As a kid I ate 7 wheat bix to emulate Bret Lee but it made no bearing whatsoever on my ability to take wickets
