Monopoly: ET Edition $5
Rest of the deals here
Stupid email program sent the email to spam so I/we missed most of the better (board game) deals. Still some deals left.

What's a diorama?
A loose bowel movement.
That's diarrhoea, you're thinking of diorite.
Just read they announced a Simpsons movie sequel
can't be worse than the first one
Apparently it’s been nearly 20 years since the first movie came out!!!
If only I could forget it. That spider pig thing was pathetic
its been longer between simpsons movies, than it was between the first movie and S01E01. Wild
This will predict future?
No games in this sale
Looks like landfil in a few years
Few years? I'm sure there are already some in landfill
I’m sure there is, and I reckon those people paid full price.
all the good stuff are out of stock :(
Yes. There were some things I wanted at amazing prices. I added some email filters that will hopefully stop the emails from going to spam.
I like the Simpsons thingy but the inside roof part just puts me off
Oh what did we miss?
White Castle for $9
Wyrmspan Upgrade kit for $9
…not much else but landfill imho. But YMMV.
I got the Finspan upgrade, Frostpunk expansion but had to pay for postage. Maybe if I got in earlier I wouldn't have had to pay for postage. Maybe I would have gotten some Wyrmspan mats for $5.
@DevGuy @ozbs25
Cheers - so mostly expansions.
12 items = $38
Delivery = $51,75
What a waste of time
insane delivery cost never seen it done this way waste of time
They are sending things from the individual stores. It is what it is.
If they want to get rid of all this, they should send it back to their distribution centre so they can provide combined, low cost shipping. Stores like this have constant back and forth between the shopfront and distribution centres, there's no reason why they couldn't coordinate this other than a lack of competence and/or will.
There is an added cost for all deliveries? Even if there a back and forth, adding more things to ship isn't free?
You think the delivery company is just like "Oh we're going that way anyway! Sure! Fill up my truck, I'll take it all back for you free of charge!"
This stuff has virtually no value, it's not worth the cost at all. If it sells it sells.
one of mine was individually sent by uber lol
I once ordered 2 little packs of Animal Crossing cards as part of an order. They were, by the same store, individually placed in A4 envelopes and sent as 2 separate parcels.
This stuff will be worth a lot of money one day /s
I was able to grab a few things shipped from one store, so didn't end up with ridiculous postage costs.
A board game, a book, The Simpsons thingy and a Sonic thingy.
Totally not landfill, of course. I think.
I remember when I had to travel to EB Emporium to pickup $1 mugs and tote bags.
Fun times.
It’s not really a sale when they only have 1 or 2 of the items in stock. It’s just a clearance.
I was awake at 2am in the morning when the email came out and a lot of things were sold out already.
It started at 6pm. I'm sure if you were able to get in then there would have been some stuff available.
I am sure you are right. My point was more if they are promoting it as a sale, they really should have more quantities available.
If they only have a few items available, it is more akin to a clearance than a sale and I feel it is a bit misleading to customers.
Didn't know it started at 6pm… Why are they calling it a "Cheap Tuesday" sale then?
By the way, I didn't neg you.
No worries about the neg. I don't care about negs. I don't know why they call it cheap Tuesdays. It's always started at 6pm on Monday night. Sometimes there is a delay for non EB Plus members though. Not sure if there was one last night.
I was up late last night and saw the email quite early on. The stuff on sale was/is meh so you didn't miss out on much.
The board game selection was mediocre other than the Wyrmspan and Finspan upgrade packs (which I already have).
The only thing I was interested in was the Legend of Zelda figurine, but not enough interest for me to make the purchase…
I mean, they SEEM to be crazy prices, but that's only because nobody wants them (or the product RRP was too high to begin with, so nobody bought them).
This would be cool, but the Simpsons has been driven into the ground by their refusal to retire the series 15 years ago.
Everyone was baffled at Seinfeld at the time for ending so soon, but it's worked out 100 times better for it than the Simpsons
Set only includes Homer & the Simpsons house playset, other figures sold seperately.
