  • Sorry, just trying to gather some information for my issue. I recently purchased a new computer from TechFast. Since setting it up it has without fail at times to restart on its own. Black screen and reboot. At first it was happening every 10-15 seconds and I tried resetting the computer. After that it seemed to happen much less often. Currently it's happening most consistently whenever I launch a game. It varies how much I am able to play the game before the screen inevitably goes black and the computer reboots immediately after without fail.

    • The error you've posted is nothing to do with your computer restarting on it's own or black screening.

      It's a minor error in the configuration of enterprise security certificates and irrelevant to the issue you are experiencing. ChatGPT could have told you this in about 20 seconds.

      • That's fair. Thanks for your input. Do you have any recommendations on how to troubleshoot the cause for black screening? Is there a way for the consumer to check if the PSU is faulty?

        • First step contact techfast. If it's a hardware fault you're better off getting them to deal with it.

          Second step to fix anything thats not a hardware error (including the one you posted) reinstall Windows.

  • @luketechfast I am hoping you will be able to provide me some assistance in the matter. I have tried contacting the sales team multiple times since Monday this week which is when I picked up my product from the Australian Post. I have yet heard back from the team.
