Very surprised to see this from the Crown Hotel, a free night with no minimum stay in October. Many dates still available excluding weekends. The room is for 2 people, 1 king bed Deluxe King Room or Deluxe Accessible King Room.

I'm a Crystal member (lowest tier) and never stayed at the hotel before. Only been to the casino for 2 nights few years ago, so I don't think member tier/spending matters. Also checked other t&c, you must present your member card during check in and only the addressee can check in. The card also has your photograph, so I assume not transferable.

Email should say:

2. To add your unique code
   I. For Desktop click '[promo code]'

3. Under CODE TYPE click and add 'Discount Code' and type your unique code [your member number] and click 'Add Another'. Wait for the rate codes to amend to AUD 0.
4. Select your stay dates then click 'Apply'
5. Select your room type
6. Click 'Go To Next Step'
7. Fill in your details and check-out
