    I have this speaker and can confirm that Micro USB is very annoying indeed. Other than that, it’s great.

  I have had mine (previous model) for nearly five years, survived two drops on to concrete, still holds a charge and convenient when I need something that sounds nicer than a smartphone when doing tasks around home.

  I've got a couple these and really happy with them - I've had them for a few years now. Still got a couple of micro USB things floating around the house so not too much of a biggie for us. Also a pretty solid unit because the kids haven't broken them yet, only the strongest seem to survive this house. Battery life is also decent, I don't use my mine more than a few hours a week but I can't remember the last time I charged them… Also buy two and you can connect them together - if I didn't have two already I'd grab another at that price!
