Anyone has purchased this specific Premium Pass and redeemed the Universal Studio Japan 1 Day Pass?

When is the earliest date you can redeem this USJ 1 Day Pass?

I have activated my Premium Pass for the 7 days duration on the Travel Content app and when I tried to redeem for USJ Pass, it errors out saying that "Cannot be redeemed. Not available for the selected Date."

Klook Support came back with the following vague answer

We are following up on your earlier inquiry regarding the validity of your booking. Please note that some items may not be available for selection if their booking period has not yet opened, as stated on the website. We recommend trying again closer to your preferred date, when availability may be updated.

      when did you purchase the premium pass? are you still trying to redeem the USJ pass?

        I simply called the hotline and got it all sorted. They were very apologetic and gave us discounts.

          I can't even find their hotline number now. It's all down through chat or email.
