Does anyone know what fragrance this kit uses, and is it still available for purchase?

  The name is "thé rouge". I think it's discontinued from retail stores

  You didn't try very hard. It's written on the kit and on every bottle in your photo: "au thé rouge".

  And is it still available for purchase?

  Nope, doesn't look like it. A quick google suggests it was discontinued years ago. Also reflected on the comments on the fragrance's Fragrantica page.

    Yeah, I know nothing about perfumes! It looked all French to me. Usually I would have expected the fragrance to be in a different font or something.
