Google Sheets is free. It is not as sophisticated as Excel, but good enough for daily usage for most people

Doesn't come with 1TB of cloud storage. That's literally the only thing of any value here.

    • Microsoft Excel Online is also free.

    Ohook!

  • someone give me their edu email

  • Shearing the sheep with subscriptions .. The American industry that produces nothing. Amazon, Spotify, Netflix, Disney. Hulu, Apple, Facebook watch.. then the sports channels then the finance news. Then you pay for the connection and downloads to watch rubbish. You want storage don't use the cloud as it is scanned by Ai and is NOT private. Get your own Personal SSD 5Tb is cheaper and is private when unplugged from the computer.
You don't need this constant drain on your after tax dollars.

    • Eh, yeah however this is free & no tax dollars required. :-)

It works for existing paid members as well. The one year was added to my existing subscription. Thanks OP!

    • Got extended by a year? Generally they will charge in advance - so I assume if I’ve paid till Oct 26, will I get extended till Oct 27 ?

Shove your cloud storage and give me a once off fee for office. Just word and excel will do. Others can be an extra cost.

$96 per year per person.. no!

    • +1

you can have that if you want

thats free if you know where to find it

      • Is it safe to use?

        • 151k stars on Github means it's pretty damn reliable/trustworthy.

You can always get Copilot to review the code for you

    • Like the other comment says just use MAS.
