Same thing happening to me even opening incognito in different browser.
Never had this happen before but looks like entering this comp is just not possible. :-(
Sweepwidget does this to many of us. The only workaround that works for me is to open the comp entry page on my phone with Wifi switched off (ie. running on mobile data). Once you enter your e-mail address and name. Once that part is done, it should let you do the rest the normal way.
